This policy applies to paid service components offered through Vorgyronprchelau.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations should be submitted in writing by email with identifying details of the purchase or booking.

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and before substantial service delivery may be eligible for partial or full review.

Completed onboarding work, delivered custom planning documents, and previously consumed service time may be non-refundable.

Approved outcomes are processed within 10 business days through the original payment channel, where technically available.

We aim to resolve concerns through direct communication and documented review of submitted records.

This policy is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
